Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about selling your LEGO sets for cash.

How much will I get for my LEGO set?

Our offers are based on real market data and the condition of your set. You get an instant price estimate the moment you search your set — no obligation to proceed. New & sealed sets are worth the most, followed by complete, then partially complete, then incomplete sets.

How do I sell my LEGO sets for cash?

Simply search your set by name or number on our homepage, confirm it's the right set, select its condition, and add it to your submission. Once you're ready, upload at least 2 photos per set, enter your email, and submit. We'll review and send your confirmed offer by email, usually within a few hours.

What LEGO sets do you buy?

We buy all LEGO sets across every theme — Star Wars, Icons, Technic, Harry Potter, City, Creator, Botanicals, Architecture, and more. We accept new & sealed, complete, partially complete, and incomplete sets. We also accept built sets.

Can I sell loose or bulk LEGO?

Yes — we buy loose, mixed LEGO by weight. There's a 2kg minimum, and it must be genuine LEGO only: no clone brands (such as MEGA Bloks or Cobi), no Duplo, and no non-LEGO items mixed in, as these are left out of your offer and can't be returned. Just enter the weight on our homepage for an instant offer. You can add loose LEGO to a set submission or send it on its own.

How should I package my LEGO for sending?

Please send your sets built and whole wherever possible — this helps us check them over quickly and get your payment to you faster. If a set is very large, you can carefully break it down into smaller sections to fit your box safely, rather than dismantling it completely. Wrap built sections so they don't knock about in transit, and use a sturdy box with padding (bubble wrap, newspaper or packing paper) around the contents. There's no fee for sending sets built or in sections. See our full packing guide for more.

Do I need to dismantle my built LEGO set before sending it?

No — please keep it built. We want sets sent built and whole. If a build is too large to box up safely, you can break it down into smaller sections, but please don't take it fully apart into loose bricks. Pack it carefully and we'll handle the rest.

How do I send my LEGO sets to you?

Once you accept your offer, we email you a free prepaid postage label. Simply box up your sets securely, attach the label, and drop it at any Post Office or parcel drop-off point. You don't pay anything for postage.

How quickly do I get paid?

Payment is sent within 2 days of us receiving and verifying your sets. We pay directly to your bank account.

What happens if I change my mind after submitting?

No problem — you're never obligated to accept our offer. If you decline, we'll return your sets free of charge.

What condition does my LEGO set need to be in?

We accept four conditions: New & Sealed (unopened box), Complete (box, instructions and all minifigures), Partially Complete (some parts, box or instructions missing), and Incomplete (significant parts missing). The offer is adjusted based on condition.

Why are your prices lower than eBay?

Selling on eBay yourself means listing fees, buyer disputes, packaging costs, time waiting for payment, and the risk of no-shows. We offer a hassle-free, guaranteed sale — no listing, no waiting, no stress. The convenience is what you're trading for a slightly lower price.

Can I sell multiple LEGO sets in one go?

Yes — in fact we encourage it. Add as many sets as you like to your submission and send them all together in one parcel. You only need one prepaid label.
