Do you buy sets with missing minifigures?
Yes. Missing minifigures move a set into our Incomplete tier rather than Partially Incomplete, but it's still bought and still valued fairly — just at a lower percentage.
Is there a minimum number of pieces needed?
No fixed minimum. Even a set that's missing a significant chunk of its pieces is still valued as a parts set — search it and you'll get an instant price either way.
What if it's mixed in with other incomplete sets?
